Never run out of stock again

The problem

The owner tracked stock in a notebook. Popular items ran out without warning, and no one could tell what was selling until the end of the month.

What we did

   Traced where stock information got lost between the counter, the store room, and the owner.

2. 3. Unify

   Moved stock onto one shared list every staff member could see and update.

3. 5. Automate

   Added automatic low-stock alerts by SMS so reordering happens before items run out.
